Joi

SPONSOR ME

Joi arrived at the high-kill shelter of Lancrăm, Transylvania, Romania, in early September 2025. She is a large female dog with a calm, gentle and affectionate nature. Despite everything she has endured, Joi has remained friendly, patient and quietly hopeful.

We rescued Joi in October and transferred her to a shelter in Timișoara. In April, she moved to Angela's shelter in Deva, where she continues to wait patiently for her journey to our sanctuary.

Joi has already spent far too long waiting behind bars. We believe she will make a wonderfully calm and affectionate companion, and we are looking forward to welcoming her to the sanctuary, where she can finally leave her difficult past behind and begin the peaceful life she deserves.

By sponsoring Joi, you will help provide her food, veterinary care and everything she needs while she waits for her new beginning.
